Manny Fassihi

Manny Fassihi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Story Jam since February 2022, focusing on developing AI applications that foster creative joy. As a founder member of Parenthood Ventures and Multitudes, Manny is actively engaged in innovative ventures. At USAA, from August 2019, Manny has held roles as Design Researcher I and Senior Design Researcher, establishing design research best practices and supporting design teams across various business lines. Experience also includes a fellowship at On Deck, a tenure as Lead UX Researcher at Zeroth Labs where qualitative research on migrant workers was conducted, and impactful positions at Druksell, AsiaWorks, and ThinkPlace, where leadership training, experience design, and ethnographic research for public policy were key contributions. Manny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Stanford University and a Master of Arts in Global Human Development from Georgetown University.
