Sujal Shah

Sujal Shah is the Founder and CEO of Rosie, dedicated to simplifying digital life for parents and busy professionals. In addition to leading Rosie, Sujal serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Harvard Business School, mentoring Summer Fellows at the Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship. As an angel investor with Firstday Healthcare, Sujal is focused on enhancing neonatal care. Sujal also contributes as a mentor at Harvard Innovation Labs, supporting innovation among students and alumni, and is a Founding Member of Parenthood Ventures, fostering early-stage ParentTech startups. Sujal has been a Board Member of the Gita Foundation since 2014, working to empower underprivileged children and families globally. The professional experience includes founding BandraRoad Advisory, focused on growth strategies in the consumer digital space, and holding significant roles at Antler and WeWork, where Sujal advanced growth and innovation initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Biology from Georgetown University, complemented by studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
