Tamara Vrooman Lucas

Tamara Vrooman Lucas is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of My Panda since January 2018. As a member of the Founder Mental Health Pledge since March 2023, Tamara contributes to a coalition aimed at destigmatizing mental healthcare within the startup community. In addition, Tamara is a Founder Member of Parenthood Ventures, which supports ParentTech startups, having facilitated the raising of over $65 million in funding in less than a year. Tamara has also held roles as Business Development and Marketing Manager at Ankida Ridge Vineyards and as Founder & Portfolio Manager at The Commonwealth Collective. Tamara's career began at Quality Wine & Spirits, where sales and management skills were honed over a 12-year period. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington.
