Hasan Akmal Zaidi

Hasan Akmal Zaidi is a seasoned delivery manager with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager at ParentPay since February 2022, Hasan has also held the position of Test Lead at Capita from March 2019, where responsibilities included updating testing procedures and leading a team of 10 in defining end-to-end test strategies. Prior positions include QA Lead at TANGOE INDIA SOFTEK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED and Staff Software Engineer at IBM, where Hasan demonstrated expertise in creating test plans, executing test cases, and providing technical guidance. Hasan began a career as a Sr. Test Engineer at GlobalLogic, specializing in requirement analysis and testing. Hasan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Integral University and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Motivational Pathway, both completed between 2003 and 2007.
