Nathalia Larotta is a seasoned professional in customer support and management with a diverse background in the service and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Customer Support Manager at ParentSquare since July 2023, Nathalia previously held the position of Customer Care Team Lead at Wix.com, where responsibilities included leading a team of customer care experts and developing individual growth plans. As Co-Founder of Fernweh Backpackers, LLC, Nathalia focused on social media marketing strategies to attract clients while also gaining experience as a bartender and general manager in various establishments. Nathalia’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin.
