Archie Jackson III

Archie Jackson III is a seasoned Plant Manager with extensive experience across diverse manufacturing sectors, including coatings, aerospace materials, and construction products. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Axalta since April 2024, Archie developed and executed manufacturing strategies while enhancing process excellence and reducing costs. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Sika, Ennis-Flint, Inc., Solvay, Avery Dennison, Valspar, and Bayer, where responsibilities ranged from managing operational strategies and safety performance to overseeing significant production outputs and budgets. Archie began a military career as a Captain in both the US Army and US Army Reserves. Archie holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Studies with Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
