Casey Fabyanski

Casey Fabyanski is an experienced oncology strategic solutions consultant and director at Parexel since June 2021, overseeing phase I-III projects with alliance partners. Previous roles include associate director of oncology at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions and senior project leader at Parexel, where responsibilities encompassed managing oncology studies and serving as a liaison onsite at GlaxoSmithKline. Additionally, Casey has been an organist for the Church of St. Denis and St. Mary Star of the Sea for many years. With a master's and bachelor's degree in biology from Montclair State University, Casey has developed extensive expertise in oncology, CNS, and ophthalmology clinical trials, contributing to multiple therapeutic areas throughout a diverse career in clinical development.
