Harsha Basudev

Harsha Basudev has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries, currently serving as a Senior Director of Project Leadership at Parexel since 1999. In this role, Harsha leads account delivery and partnership infrastructure, manages a team of Project Leaders, and oversees quality project deliverables. Previous positions at Parexel include Associate Project Director and Senior Manager in Operations Quality Management, where Harsha contributed to clinical trial quality processes and regulatory inspections. Harsha began the career as a Clinical Operations Lead and Clinical Research Associate, managing international clinical trial activities. Prior to Parexel, Harsha worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Schering Pharmaceuticals and held postdoctoral fellowships at Ospedale San Raffaele and the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience. Harsha holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from King's College London and a degree in Biochemistry from The University of Manchester.
