Jorge Capello

Jorge Capello has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Jorge started their career at Merck, holding various managerial and marketing positions across Latin America. Jorge then joined Bayer HealthCare, where they served as the Regional Business Unit Head for Japan and later as the Regional Head for Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. Capello also worked at Intuitive Surgical, Acelity, and Zimmer Biomet before joining PAREXEL as the Vice President, Global Account Lead. In this role, they are responsible for the growth and profitability of PAREXEL's business with large biopharmaceutical accounts. Throughout their career, Capello has demonstrated the ability to develop and implement strategic plans and leverage the capabilities and resources of different business units.

Jorge Capello holds a Master's Degree in Applied Economics & Econometrics from Western Michigan University. Jorge also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance at Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business.
