Karen López Nocera

Karen Lai is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as the Customer Success Lead at Reap since February 2021. Previously, Karen held the roles of Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager at U Time Fitness Studios from January 2020 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes working as an Educator at lululemon from February 2017 to January 2020 and as a Flight Attendant for Cathay Pacific Airways in mid-2018. Karen Lai holds a BA (Hons) in Fashion and Textiles Marketing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
