Lesley Pickford

Lesley Pickford is an accomplished Senior Partner and BioPharma Principal Consultant at Oceana Associates, with extensive experience in global regulatory strategy and implementation for Pharma and Biotech companies. As an independent consultant at Parexel, Pickford serves as a clinical and nonclinical subject matter expert and medical writing lead. Additionally, as a Bell Mason Fellow, Pickford provides expertise in biopharmaceutical projects, focusing on corporate venture and innovation analysis. Previous roles include Director of Medical Writing at Adverum Biotechnologies, Sr VP of Drug Development at Retrotope Inc, and VP of Safety & Pharmacology at Biotie Therapies.
