Michelle Small

Michelle Small serves as Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence & Delivery at Parexel since July 2020, focusing on enhancing the operational framework and leading change management initiatives. Previously, Michelle held various leadership roles at Parexel International, including Senior Director of Margin Improvement Services and Senior Director of eClinical Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing margin improvement processes and developing strategic visions for clinical technologies. Additional experience includes roles in financial planning and analysis, project financial management, and ERP solutions, contributing significantly to project execution and organizational effectiveness. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Merrimack College and an MBA from Nichols College.
