Mihaela Iorga currently serves as Associate Director of EMEA HR Operations at Parexel, overseeing end-to-end Hire to Retire activities and managing a team of 15 HR Specialists across 28 countries in EMEA. Previously, Mihaela held the position of PMO and Project Manager for EMEA HR Operations at Oracle, where responsibilities included leading global strategic projects focused on automation and process improvement. With extensive experience at Genpact, Mihaela successfully managed a large operations team and ensured compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements, achieving significant customer satisfaction and financial targets. Mihaela possesses advanced degrees in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of Bucharest and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
