Sheri McCoy

Sheri served as CEO and Director of Avon Products, Inc. from 2012 to 2018. Prior to joining Avon, she led a distinguished 30-year career at Johnson & Johnson, where she served as Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee and member of the Office of the Chairman. Sheri now serves on the boards of AstraZeneca PLC, Stryker Corporation, Kimberly-Clark and Novocure. She is an industrial healthcare adviser for EQT Partners. Sheri received her B.S. in textile chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth; a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Princeton University; and an MBA from Rutgers University.
