Thomas McGoldrick

Executive Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Parexel

Thomas McGoldrick has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1992, they worked as a Recruiter at Hollister Staffing until 1995 when they joined Fidelity Investments as a Staffing Manager. In 1997, they founded their own business, USjobs.com, where they served as President until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, Thomas was a Project Director at CRI, overseeing project teams and client implementations. In 2006, they joined Wellington Management as a Manager of Staffing Services, responsible for global staffing operations. Finally, since 2008, Thomas has been with Parexel, serving as Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President, Talent Acquisition, responsible for managing global recruitment and executive positions.

Thomas McGoldrick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Public Relations from Syracuse University in 1987. Thomas later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2003 to 2005.
