Previous roles include Vice President for CITGO's Refining Division, overseeing multiple refineries, and General Manager with responsibilities involving business evaluations and lubricant sales. Robert's career began at Koch Industries, where various technical and managerial positions contributed to business optimization. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
