Dr. Andrea Buschmann

Dr. Andrea Buschmann has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Dr. Andrea is currently working as the Director of Pricing at Douglas, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Senior Manager at Retail Capital Partners AG. From 2017 to 2021, Dr. Buschmann held various roles at zooplus, including Head of Strategic Category Management, Teamlead Pricing & Analytics Private Label, and Senior Pricing Manager Private Label.

Dr. Andrea then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marketing from University College Dublin in 2011. Dr. Buschmann continued their education at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, completing their degree as a Doctor of Philosophy (Dr. rer. pol.) in Strategic Marketing in 2020. Prior to these academic achievements, they obtained their Abitur degree from Privates Franziskus-Gymnasium Vossenack in 2005. In 2002-2003, they also attended Kempsville High School.
