Estelle Rivals has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Estelle started their career at Allied Domecq in 1996, where they served as a Transformation Programme Manager. In this role, they were responsible for running transformation programmes and facilitating workshops in Spanish and French languages. Estelle then moved on to Allied Domecq Spain in 1997, where they worked as a Marketing project team member. Estelle later returned to Allied Domecq as an HR Development Coordinator for Europe, managing HR projects across the region. Estelle also took on the role of HR Secondment for an integration project after the acquisition of a new company. In 2000, Estelle became the Human Resources Director for Czech, Hungary, and Poland, responsible for managing HR functions in these countries. Estelle then transitioned to the role of Change & Communications Manager for Europe, where they oversaw change initiatives and communication strategies. In 2006, Estelle joined Pernod Ricard as the Deputy HR Director for Europe, and later served as the Human Resources Director and VP HR Organization & Diversity / Global HR Project Director. Their most recent position is as the HR Director Spain at Douglas Spain, starting in 2017. Throughout their career, Estelle has gained extensive experience in human resources, change management, and project coordination across various industries and regions.
Estelle Rivals completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from IESE Business School between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Houston, which they completed between 1988 and 1991.
