Remy Suss

Remy Suss has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Remy'smost recent position was as the Head of Finance & Controlling at Douglas since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Bain & Cie / Free-lance, where they held various roles such as Director Finance, Management Consultant, and Business Development from 2012 to present. During this time, they led restructurations and finance-related projects for companies such as Sanofi Germany, SUEZ R&V France, and Nikky Beach Resorts & Clubs.

Before their role at Bain & Cie, Remy worked as a Finance Manager at Elizabeth Arden from 2009 to 2012. Remy also held positions at Hugo Boss, LVMH Fragrance Brands, LOREAL, Renault Agriculture, and Decathlon Germany, where they gained experience in controlling, brand management, financial accounting, sales controlling & planning, and team management. Remy's expertise includes implementing financial processes, improving profitability, and leading integration and due diligence efforts.

Remy SUSS attended the University for Sciences and IT in Strasbourg from 1987 to 1989, majoring in information-structure and database management. From 1989 to 1993, they attended the International School for Business Management in Strasbourg, studying finance, controlling, and marketing.
