Irina Pereyaslovskaya

Irina Pereyaslovskaya is an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in both finance and human resources. Currently serving as HR Manager MEA at Parfums de Marly since May 2018, Irina oversees global recruitment, employee relations, performance management, group medical insurance, payroll, and HR policy development. Previously, as a Group Senior Financial Accountant/HR Specialist at the same company, responsibilities included financial statement preparation, audit, cash flow management, and HR management tasks such as onboarding and payroll processing. Prior roles include General Accountant/HR Specialist at a Travel Agency/Real Estate in Dubai and Accountant Executive at Darina Holidays. Irina holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Financial Economic University, completed in 2004.
