Ayşe Nur BAKAN is a Human Resources Solutions Consultant at Pargesoft since December 2020, where responsibilities include analyzing and testing customer requests through the Microsoft Dynamics NAV payroll module, participating in all stages of human resources and payroll projects, and ensuring customer feedback is communicated effectively to the software team. Prior to this role, Ayşe Nur served as a Payroll and Personnel Affairs Specialist at Kamutech Yazilim A.Ş. from May 2018 to November 2020, managing project tracking, collaborating with the software team, engaging in discussions with administrative and financial officers in public institutions, handling payroll and social security processes, and providing user training. Ayşe Nur holds a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Gazi University (2012-2016) and an Associate degree in Securities and Capital Markets from Anadolu University (October 2020 - June 2022).
