Mahesh Joshi

Mahesh Joshi has over 25 years of experience in controls design and engineering management. Currently serving as the Functional Head for Controls Design in the Product Business at PARI since July 2011, Mahesh manages a team of approximately 18 engineers and oversees the design and execution of configurable products and projects. Previously, Mahesh held various leadership roles, including Leader of Controls Design Standardization at Precision Automation and Robotics Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included the identification, design, and testing of hardware and software modules for projects. Earlier in career, Mahesh worked as G.M. Engineering at Application Engineering India Pvt Ltd, focusing on conceptual system design and marketing support across multiple industries, and as Sr. Design & Development Manager at Pragat Technologies, specializing in embedded control systems. Mahesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the College of Engineering, Pune University, a Diploma in Industrial Electronics, and completed SSC at Sharada Vidya Mandir.
