Uday Raj Anand

Uday Raj Anand is a double-master’s degree holder from Oxford University. He has received an M.Phil. Degree in International Development and an M.Sc. degree holder in Economics for Development. He has worked previously with Bain & Co. and has worked in short stints as a researcher with the World Bank and the University of Ottawa and MIT. Uday joined Parijat Industries India Pvt. Ltd. in 2012 and heads the process reengineering and strategic initiatives in the company. He is also charged with strengthening the backbone viz. HR, IT and Administration departments. His focus is on making the company’s decision making processes more evidence based and introducing technological innovation to enhance productivity.
