Barbara Carroll de Obeso

Barbara Carroll De Obeso serves as the Director of Operations at the Paris Peace Forum since June 2023. With extensive experience in project management, Barbara has held key roles such as Independent Project Manager at La Grua since 2010 and Project Manager at the Institut Francais de l'Intelligence Economique from September 2017 to June 2023. Additionally, Barbara coordinated summer opera programs at the Franco American Vocal Academy and has been involved in various artistic mobility programs with the Pépinières européennes pour jeunes artistes. With a strong background in cultural policy and management, Barbara has also contributed to the Ministry of Culture - Jalisco as a Cultural Activities Coordinator and worked as a freelance producer. Educational credentials include degrees in Intercultural Communication, Politics and Cultural Management, and Communication Sciences from prestigious institutions.
