Heather Souter

Heather Souter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in family law. Souter began as a Legal Assistant at Wilsons Solicitors LLP from May 2011 to August 2012, followed by a role as a Trainee Solicitor at Moore Blatch LLP until August 2015. From January 2020 to January 2023, Souter advanced through several positions at Paris Smith LLP, eventually becoming a Partner and Senior Associate in the Family Department. Currently, Souter serves as Chairperson for Hampshire Resolution, leading efforts to organize social and educational events, and previously held the same position at Hampshire YRes, focused on supporting legal professionals with less than 10 years PQE. Souter holds a First Class Honours degree in Law from the University of Surrey and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the University of Law.
