Steve Cochon has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Directeur d’exploitation Multisite for Restaurant Girafe and Restaurant La Suite Girafe at PARIS SOCIETY since November 2022. Prior roles include Directeur d’exploitation at Camille, and Directeur de restaurant at Cheval Blanc and Ritz Paris, with additional experience as Directeur adjoint and various positions at Bar Vendôme. Beginning a career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Steve fulfilled multiple roles, showcasing skills in team leadership, customer service, and quality assurance. Steve holds a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Art de la table and culinary arts from Lycée Hôtelier La Rochelle, completed in 2009.
