Emmanuel Iorkase has a diverse range of work experience. Emmanuel started their career as a Researcher at Grays & Mayson in 2020, where they conducted research, identified funding opportunities, and performed experiments and surveys. In 2018, they co-founded Techreach Makerspace, demonstrating their entrepreneurial skills. Emmanuel also worked as a Grants Writer/Desk Researcher at The Grassroots Aid Initiative, where they researched grant opportunities, prepared proposals, and created metrics and reports. In 2021, they held multiple roles at Hult Prize Foundation, including Campus Director and Talent Partner, where they focused on attracting and retaining top talent through extensive research and sourcing. Emmanuel joined Pariti in 2021 as a Recruiter, and later joined Symfonia as a Project Manager, where they coordinated projects, managed resources, and prepared program funding proposals. Emmanuel then worked at TEDxMaitama Official as a Strategic Partnerships member and Team Lead, responsible for building partnerships and leading a team. In 2022, Emmanuel became a Recruiting Sourcer at GrowthFn and a Lead Recruiter at nanoSoft Consulting. Emmanuel also served as a Campus Ambassador at Zummit Africa. Overall, Emmanuel's experience spans various roles in research, entrepreneurship, recruitment, project management, and strategic partnerships.

Emmanuel Iorkase began their education at the College of Education, Demonstration Secondary School in Katsina-Ala, Benue State, Nigeria, where they obtained their SSCE degree from 2005 to 2011. In 2012, they attended the GCK/NCC Computer Institute, where they earned a diploma in Computer Science.

Afterward, Emmanuel pursued further education at the University of Ilorin from 2017 to 2022, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Communication Science. During this time, they also completed a diploma in Software Engineering at African Leadership X from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, Emmanuel enrolled in the Holberton School to pursue a diploma in Computer Software Engineering, which is ongoing.

Emmanuel has also obtained various certifications throughout their educational journey. In 2018, they became a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect. Additionally, they became a Global Member of the Internet Society in 2018. More recently, they completed the Human Resources Foundation program offered by HRCI in October 2022. In September 2022, Emmanuel obtained honors for completing the ALX Virtual Assistant Course offered by alx_africa. In May 2023, they completed the McKinsey Forward Program offered by McKinsey & Company.
