The founding team at Parity has a history of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on solar energy. They have worked inside sales, solar energy consulting, new channel development, and HVAC data innovation. They also have experience in project management and business development. All of the founding team members have a college education, with degrees in fields such as airline business management and operations, finance and general management, and chemical engineering.
