Kristin Martin

Kristin Martin, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kristin is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Pariveda, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Pariveda from April 2016 to June 2021. Before joining Pariveda, Kristin held the position of HR Generalist at the same company from January 2012 to March 2016.

Before their tenure at Pariveda, Kristin worked as an HR Generalist at Pegasus Solutions from September 2008 to December 2011. Kristin'scareer in human resources started at GEICO, where they served as a Customer Service Representative from June 2007 to September 2008.

Throughout their career, Kristin has developed expertise in various HR functions and has progressively grown into leadership roles.

Kristin Martin, PHR attended the University of Oklahoma from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations. Kristin also holds additional certifications including PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in 2015, sHRBP from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) obtained in 2018, and SHRM-CP from SHRM obtained in 2022.
