Susan Paul

Susan Paul serves as the Chief People Officer at Pariveda Solutions since January 2008, playing a pivotal role in the company's remarkable growth from $13 million to $200 million, while earning numerous accolades as a best place to work and a leader in talent development. Prior to this, Susan held significant positions at Avanade, Inc. from 2003 to 2007, where leadership of the South Region Business Development team contributed to over $50 million in sales, and development of Americas Sales Operations supported a revenue increase to $500 million. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager at Immedient from 1992 to 2002, overseeing business development in Dallas and Austin with responsibility for P&L. Susan holds an MBA in Finance and MIS from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Economics and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
