Alex Rossi is currently working as a Production Chef at Park Avenue Catering since March 2023. Prior to this, they held similar positions at companies such as The Allison Inn and Spa, The Phoenician Resort, and Maple & Ash. With a background in culinary arts, Alex has experience in various roles such as Saucier, Team Lead prep, Sous Chef, and Executive Sous Chef. They also have a degree in Chemistry from Université Grenoble Alpes.
