Rich Hedge Esq.

Rich Hedge, Esq. has a wide range of experience in the legal field. Rich is currently the Director of Legal & Business Development at Park Avenue Finance since June 2022. Before that, Rich founded and served as CEO of Awakened Alchemy since June 2017. Prior to that, they worked at DLA Piper as a Counsel specializing in real estate and finance from July 2015 to June 2017. Rich was also a Corporate Lawyer at Latham & Watkins from September 2012 to July 2015 and at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP from April 2011 to March 2012. Rich began their career as Counsel at D.E. Shaw & Co. from October 2007 to October 2010, where they primarily provided legal counsel to the real estate investment unit. Rich also worked as a General Practice Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 2005 to 2007, focusing on diverse corporate transactions including real estate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formations.

Rich Hedge, Esq. attended Cornell University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Columbia Law School, completing their legal education from 2002 to 2005.
