Gavin Whittingham

Gavin Whittingham is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Excellence Manager at Park Cake Bakeries since June 2022, Gavin previously held roles at pladis Global as the Regional Excellence Implementation Manager and at Guenther Bakeries UK in various managerial positions. Gavin's career began at Nestlé, progressing through several supply chain and project management roles, where significant improvements in forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency were achieved. Gavin holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath and various industry certifications, including HACCP for Food Manufacturing and NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
