Andrew Risinger

Andrew Risinger has a robust background in education, currently serving as a 7/8 History Teacher and 8th Grade Humanities Teacher and Advisor at Park Day School since August 2016. Previous roles include teaching 5th Grade Social Studies at Bellevue Children's Academy and covering 7/8 Language Arts at Park Day School during a sabbatical. Additional experience encompasses teaching social studies at Beacon Day School for grades seven and eight, and serving as a K-8 Substitute Teacher across multiple schools. Andrew's early career includes co-directing Camp Chrysalis and working as an Administrative Assistant and Teacher at Windrush School. Risinger holds a BS in History and a Teacher's Certificate in Secondary Education Social Studies from PennWest Edinboro.
