Jana Beal

Jana Beal, PHR, SHRM-CP has diverse work experience starting from 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Payless ShoeSource. In 2005, they joined Park National Bank as a Banker and later transitioned to the role of Human Resource Officer in 2011. Jana continued working in various roles at the bank, eventually becoming an AVP Retail Banking. Currently, Jana holds the position of Vice President Retail Banking - Regional Retail Leader at Park National Bank, a role they started in March 2021.

Jana Beal, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University, obtained from 2017 to 2019. Jana also completed the Bank Leadership Institute at Ohio Bankers League from 2015 to 2016. Earlier, they acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Sociology, and Psychology from Northern Kentucky University between 2005 and 2009. In 2003 to 2005, Jana Beal obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from UC Clermont College. Additionally, they have certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI and as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
