Bob Sims

As CHRO, Bob oversees HR compliance, employee recruitment development and retention. He is responsible for strengthening employee culture and replicating it to the 150 countries served by Park Place; developing Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness initiatives; strategic planning; talent development and Learning; and innovative performance management.

Before joining Park Place Technologies, Bob served as Executive Vice President and CHRO for Oshkosh Corp., a specialty vehicle manufacturer. He managed HR operations for the $8.4B manufacturer of mission-critical specialty vehicles and truck bodies with 30 facilities and 15.4K team members worldwide. He oversaw enterprise safety, security, and facilities functions. He also served as an HR executive with Eaton Corporation, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Frito-Lay, and The Pepsi Bottling Group.

Bob holds a Master of HR and Labor Relations from Michigan State and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich.
