Henry Gray has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Henry began their career at Microsoft in 1991, where they provided technical support for Microsoft products and was consistently ranked as a top-tier engineer. Henry then moved into roles such as Enterprise Call Center Mentor and Enterprise Operating System Support/BETA Lead, where they managed technical beta testing and client acceptance. Henry also served as a Rapid Response Field Engineer, providing subject matter expertise during crisis situations for enterprise organizations. In 2016, Henry joined Systems Maintenance Services as a Global Service Delivery Manager before transitioning to Curvature in 2017, where they held roles as Sr. Manager - Service Management Office and Director, Service Delivery. Henry'smost recent position is Director of Client Services at Park Place Technologies, which they started in 2021.
Henry Gray obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology in the years 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft in 2002 and as an ITIL Foundations from Pink Elephant.
