Jonathan Gordon

Jonathan Gordon is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Director of Global HR Operations at Park Place Technologies since November 2021, overseeing key HR functions such as Talent Acquisition and Compensation. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Sr. Manager and Manager within the Global HR Operations Team, focusing on operational excellence and talent pipeline development. Prior to joining Park Place Technologies, Jonathan spent over eight years at The Lubrizol Corporation in various roles, including Global Operations Student Program Manager and Process Development Engineer, where the emphasis was on managing student programs and enhancing engineering processes. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
