Les K. has a strong background in technical support and management. Les started their career at Big 5 Sporting Goods as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for sales floor leadership and financial management. Les then worked at Office Depot as a Front End Manager, where they successfully increased sales and provided marketing consultation to startup businesses. Les K. joined NetApp as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical support, became a subject matter expert, and achieved high customer satisfaction ratings. Les later became a Technical Support Manager at NetApp, leading a team and presenting service incident resolutions to high-level executives. Currently, Les K. is a team lead in the Advanced Engineering Group at Park Place Technologies, where they provide technical expertise to maintain NetApp systems, serves as an onsite concierge for key customer accounts, and supports sales representatives as a technical consultant.
Les K. pursued their education at Utah Valley University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Digital Media, specializing in 3D Animation. Additionally, in March 2013, Les obtained certification as a NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) from NetApp institution.
