Daphne Benichou

Daphne Benichou is a highly experienced violin and viola teacher with a diverse background in music education and performance. Daphne has been teaching violin and viola at The Park School of Baltimore since September 2009 and has held various positions as a violist in orchestras such as the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra, Maryland Symphony Orchestra, and Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra. With a Master's degree in Viola Performance and Pedagogy from Northwestern University, Daphne also has a Bachelor's degree in Violin Performance from the University of Michigan. In addition to their teaching roles, Daphne has been a freelance violist and has performed with orchestras such as the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and Annapolis Symphony Orchestra.
