Currently serving at Park Springs Communities since September 2020, Moser previously held similar positions at Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa and La Costa Glen Carlsbad, where significant achievements included developing operating budgets exceeding $7 million and exceeding profit goals by 10%. Moser's earlier tenure at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe involved overseeing F&B operations while also serving as the weekend General Manager, with responsibility for a $10 million budget and the creation of profitable dining outlets. Moser's professional background is supported by an Associate's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from San Diego Mesa College.
