With over twenty-five years in the search profession, Bruce recruits Chief Executive Officers and C-Level executives – scientific, technical, clinical, financial and business development – at a national level. A majority of his searches involve venture-backed Life Sciences companies in the therapeutics, diagnostics and tools space.
Within Life Sciences, Bruce also extensively recruits board members, venture capital professionals, and individuals for innovation/technology transfer initiatives at academic/research institutions. Throughout his career, he has also worked on numerous international recruiting projects throughout Asia, particularly Japan, as well as Europe.
Bruce is an Advisor to Convergence: The Life Sciences Leaders Forum, which hosts annual events in New England. He earned an M.B.A. from Boston University (1997) and a B.A. in Political Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania (1989).
He lives with his wife Kristina, daughter Anna and sons Alexander and Robert in Acton, Massachusetts. Road and mountain biking as well as cyclecross racing helps to fulfill his interests in exercise, nutrition, travel and the outdoors.
