David Koon

David Koon currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Park Square Homes since April 2023. With extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, David has held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations and Finance at Taylor Morrison since September 2019, and Vice President of Finance at Mattamy Homes from June 2014 to August 2019. David's earlier roles include President and CEO of Atlantic Blue Group, where responsibilities spanned financial management and operations, and Chief Financial Officer at Pulte Homes, along with tenures at American Heritage Homes and as a shareholder at Brewer, Beemer, Kuehnhackl & Koon. David's career began at Price Waterhouse as an Audit Manager after obtaining a degree from Florida State University's College of Business.
