Customer Support Team

The Customer Support Team at Park Square Homes is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all homeowners. Led by the Director of Customer Care, the team assists with contract and closing procedures managed by the Contract/Closing Manager, and oversees document compliance to ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are met, handled by the Document Compliance Manager. They provide essential support from contract signing through to closing, addressing any concerns or issues along the way to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
