Mariah Medina

Mariah Medina is an experienced professional currently serving as a Care Manager and Patient Health Navigator at ParkTree Community Health Center since July 2023, focusing on supporting unhoused patients with comprehensive case management. Since June 2018, Mariah has also been involved with iHeartMedia as a Promotions Assistant, handling promotional events and marketing activities.
