Rachel Astrid has a diverse work experience. Rachel started their career in 2009 at MBC Global Pty Ltd as a Sales Retention Channel Team Leader. In this role, they successfully implemented a sales retention channel and managed a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
From 2014 to 2021, Rachel worked at GVC Group as a Client Services Officer, responsible for maintaining relationships with clients.
In 2020, they transitioned to event management roles, first at Kreate Australia and then at Polite People. At Sidekicker, starting in 2020, Rachel worked as an Event Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of events.
In 2021, Rachel joined Harness Energy - RTO 40521, initially as a Client Services Officer and then as an Account Manager, where they focused on providing training and labor supply solutions to various industries.
Most recently, Rachel joined Parkable in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager. Overall, they have gained experience in customer success, event management, client services, and account management roles.

Prior to this, in 2012, they also received a Certificate IV in Frontline Management from Customer Contact Solutions, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
