Tania Benzie currently serves as the Customer Care Manager at Parkable since May 2022. Prior to this, Tania held various roles at Sky New Zealand from 2002 to 2020, culminating in the position of Online Team Manager, where responsibilities included working within the Customer Services Senior Leadership Team to enhance customer service strategies, managing departmental KPIs, and overseeing all online customer support channels.
