Melissa Schram

Melissa Schram has a diverse work experience in the field of occupational therapy. Melissa most recently worked as a Sales Development Representative at Parkade starting in May 2023. Before that, Melissa worked at 21st Century Home Health Services as a Preceptor/Occupational Therapist from August 2020 to March 2023.

Melissa also gained experience as an Occupational Therapist at Sutter Health from February 2021 to August 2021. During their time there, they managed a caseload of over 40 patients per week in an acute inpatient hospital setting and delivered client, family, and caregiver training to reduce post-hospitalization pain or injury.

Melissa's previous work includes roles as an Occupational Therapist at ONR from November 2017 to August 2020, and at AFFIRMA Rehabilitation from February 2015 to April 2018. At AFFIRMA Rehabilitation, they treated complex patients, performed home evaluations, and acted as a clinical instructor to OT students.

Additionally, Melissa worked as a Relief Occupational Therapist at Stanford Health Care from October 2014 to January 2015, where they evaluated and provided therapeutic treatment to complex patients in various units.

Before starting their career as an occupational therapist, Melissa worked as a Customer Service Representative at the University of Southern California from January 2012 to May 2014.

Melissa Schram earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Melissa then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in the same field at the University of Southern California from 2012 to 2014.
