Dr. Nisrine Abou Saleh is an accomplished HR professional and academic, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the American University in Dubai and as HR Manager for Parker Hannifin in the Middle East. With a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years, Dr. Abou Saleh has led HR departments in various organizations, including Sajapro, CH by ADNEC, and Shamma Capital Group, where responsibilities included aligning HR strategies with business objectives, developing HR policies, and implementing workforce planning programs. A strong advocate for employee development, Dr. Abou Saleh has also provided training in HR practices and conducted numerous courses to enhance managerial and communication skills.
