Elsa Swan is an experienced compensation professional with a diverse background in managing compensation programs and teams across various industries. Currently serving as Group Compensation Director at Parker Hannifin, Elsa has been with Parker Aerospace since 2006, overseeing compensation strategies for approximately 6,000 employees and a payroll of $550 million. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Compensation, Rewards and Recognition at Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where responsibilities included compensation management for about 5,000 employees, as well as positions at L-3 Interstate Electronics and California State University, where Elsa focused on compensation policy development and administration. Elsa holds a Master's degree in HR and Management Development from Chapman University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
